I'm a sport scientist and kinesiologist, and Reforge Wellness started as a passion project during the pandemic — a time when I saw just how many people had lost access to the tools that actually help them feel better. Gyms were closed, recovery clinics were shut down, and wellness had quietly become something a lot of people couldn't reach anymore.

I started Reforge Wellness to change that. Not as a warehouse moving boxes, but as a small, knowledge-led business built around one goal: helping people recover, de-stress, and feel like themselves again  starting with something as simple and proven as heat.
 

When you call or message Reforge Wellness, you're talking to me — not a call center, not a rotating cast of reps. I stand behind every sauna we sell, because I chose it, I understand the science behind it, and I want you to actually use it and feel the benefit, not just own it.
